The Budget ~ A Must Have!

None of us like to think about the Budget, but unfortunately it is an absolute necessity. To start a decorating project without one is setting yourself up for a possible disappointing result.

Set yourself a realistic budget that meets your current financial needs. If new furnishings are going to be considered, then make that a priority in making your selections before you continue further down the road in the re-decorating process.

Make yourself a “Wish List” containing all the features you would like to have in your room. Do your homework and get pricing for these items and start to calculate if “all” or “part” of it will be affordable for you. Based on those results you can start to make choices as to what is a “must have” for you.
